The Essex County Council (Footpath 4, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2024
I attach for your attention a copy of the S14(2) notice for the immediate closure of Footpath 4, Cressing.
I also attached for your attention a copy of the Public Notice relating to the extension order, which will appear in the Braintree & Witham Times on the 23/05/2024.
The Order will come into effect on 21/05/2024 and the restriction will remain in place until made safe.
