AGE WELL EAST - New service in Braintree District supporting people living in later life. Age Well East Advice service is now available to support residents living in later life in the Braintree District area (aged 60 plus) In particular we are able to visit people to assist with benefits checks and applications for disability benefits such as Attendance Allowance. There is more information about our advice service on our website: Advice and welfare - Age Well East Age Well East is an established charity (formally Age Concern Colchester and Tendring) We have been empowering people in later years since 1950 and we provide excellent support services which are free and easily available. Our advice service is delivered by experienced and knowledgeable advisors who provide free independent advice and welfare support. At a time when many people living in later life may be concerned about the cost of living and winter energy bills we are happy to offer free benefits checks to make sure that people are claiming the relevant support.
