Scott Residential proposes a community of 80-90 single-storey age-restricted homes designed specifically for older people, and those with, or supporting, somebody with a disability. The scheme will provide approximately 10 acres of Public Open Space, including allotments, a wide variety of landscaping and a dog exercising area, with the potential for land to be allocated for a car park for Cressing Train Station.
