Marie Curie Survey – help shape future care

Are you or someone close to you living with a terminal illness?

NHS East of England and Marie Curie are conducting a study to understand the experiences of people living with a terminal illness, those who are supporting or caring for someone with a terminal illness, and those who have been bereaved in the last two years. The aim is to ensure that everyone in our region receives the best possible care and support at the end of life.

The Marie Curie survey your insight and experience will be invaluable in shaping future palliative and end-of-life care services. particularly if you or someone you know has been directly affected by terminal illness.

Additional information:

You can also register your interest to take part in one-to-one interviews or group discussions if you wish to provide more detailed feedback. For more information about the study, you can visit the Marie Curie website or refer to the Survey Participant Information Sheet.
