A full planning application for the development of 84 dwellings is to be submitted to Braintree District Council in the coming months for a site in Boars Tye Road, Silver End (outline permission had already been granted). Whilst this site is not within Cressing Parish boundary, it is very close. The site owners will be hosting an on-line video briefing on 3rd September.
